the date missed are nov 13-14-15. And my head-set is broken theres a cut in the wire. 1. Dollar For Dollar (Pricing Between Americans And Canadians)

the pricing between, blankets and beds and chairs, tv's, carpets,light bulbs

would be cheaper to buy in U.S.A, but the cost in shipping and handeling would add up about an even rate if were bought in canada.

 

2. tax reduction in canada from 7% to 6% so that would mean starting a hotel restaraunt would be a little cheaper for every body such as investors and my self

 

3. Alcohol: no Alcohol is allowed to be sold in reserves

A= Yes, i believe i am a self starter because the first step of being a self starter is studying on starting a business

A= No, I could use some help in presenting my work in all prespectives such as financial planning, construction         planning, also promation af business (Example: logo of business, road signs and internet home page with          waswanipi.com.

 

• Can you " stick with it" ?

 A= Yes I can " stick with it ", Because I have the Time and the patients to deal with the different situations.

 

• Are you a hard worker?

A= Yes, I am a hard worker and im willing to do what it takes.

A= The services I plan to develop is a Hotel Restaraunt.

 

• Who will use your product / services?

A= The people who will be using my services will be Tourists & Businessmen & the people of Waswanipi.

 

• Why would they buy your product / services and not your compettitors?

A=Because, My services provides a place to Eat & sleep while the injoy what Waswanipi has to offer, and there are no copettitors in this type of service.

 

• List your compettitors?

A= There are no compettitors in the hotel service but in restaurant service theres the waswanipi snack bar located at the arena and the waswanipi cafeteria.

 

• List your suppliers?

A= Ben-dehiase food supplier and thats all i ahve for now.

 

• what resources will you need? (Employees, Equipment, Buildings.)

A= The types of resources i will need is permits for an area for right to build and another for permit for starting a hotel restaurant, blueprints for construction and what cost will it take to begin a 25-30 room hotel and for the restaurant i will need 1 kitchen space for cashier and space for at least 15 tables, 1 conference room, and a parking-lot. And types of equipment i would require would be beds, tv's, dressers, lamp tables, lamps, blankets, pillows, sheets, carpets, mirrors, washers, driers, free soaps and shampoo and cleaning products to keep the place tidy. as for the restaurant the resources i will be needing are deep-fryers, pizza-oven, B.B.Q Grill, Flat bed fryer, Commercial stoves, cashiers, tables, chairs, silverware, dishes, steam dish washer, and cleaning products to keep place tidy. And for Empolyers I will be needing 2-3 cleaning ladies or men, 2 professional cooks, 1 cashier, 2-3 waiters and i will need a 1 office clerk, for paper reports and reservations of some sort.

 

• How will you advertise?

 I plan to advertise through flyers, road signs, internet (Waswanipi.com), and through jurnalism such as the nation.

 

3) Do you understand the market? You will need to understand where the market for your product / services is headed. Your market may be nation-wide or it may be local. If yours is an internet business, it may be world-wide.
