At the end of the paragraph there is this sentence "However, they may contract directly with the owner of the property, esp., in renovation and repair constructions.
My questions:
1.We do not have "one" specific trade but we are experience in drywall-painting, floating floors, a bit of plumbing, and general repairs. Would that # work?
2. We have done some work for people in the past (owners) but we are looking at buying an older home - upgrading - then selling. Do we need a # for real estate?
3. I've already brought a place - repaired, painted and sold it for a nice p-r-o-f-i-t; which has given me the "bug" to flip houses. But this was a personal situation, where I lived in it (2 yrs) then sold.
